MEET NICOLE
I’m Nicole—educator, writer, yoga teacher, athlete, and mother to Brianna, Patrick, and Kate.
I’ve run 20 marathons and believe there’s an athletic mindset in all of us—one we cultivate through practice, perseverance, rest, and recovery.
My work with neurodivergent learners centers on being seen and finding room to grow.
Through yoga and writing, I explore belonging, connection, and the lives beneath our roles.
My professional work ↗FROM THE COMMUNITY
A class. A retreat. A poem.
I’d love to hear about your experience.
